You can exercise confidently, knowing the workouts have been created specifically for moms and pregnant women, and will be safe for anyone with core weakness or diastasis recti. Although only Sheryl will be visible during each class, the personalized corrections she provides to her class participants will likely be applicable to you, providing for an even more effective workout.
