Self-Guided Online Trainings

Learning how to effectively strengthen your core from the inside out is imperative for moms and moms-to-be, as well as anyone with back or postural problems, and those looking to stay healthy and strong as they age.

Prenatal Core Program

Whether this is your first pregnancy or your fifth, and you want to exercise safely and maintain an active lifestyle, this is the program for you.

Core Program for Moms

If you’re planning to get pregnant, already a mom, a grandmother, or just looking to strengthen your core, this is the Program for you.

Total Body Program

This Program is for anyone who has completed either of the Fitnotic Core Programs or has otherwise mastered the application of deep core engagement techniques. 

Pre-Recorded Group Classes

Each class is a 30 to 45 min workout and can be purchased as one or in a bundle.

All online programs are designed exclusively by Sheryl and include easy to follow exercise instructions and videos.

Personal Training Programs

Workouts are flexible – minimal equipment is needed in order to get an effective core workout (and cardio and resistance training if desired), and babies can even be incorporated in mom’s workout.
In-person & Remote

Personal Training Sessions

In our first session, you will learn everything you need to know in order to immediately start strengthening your core and avoid further damage. 

In future sessions, expect each workout to vary and become progressively more challenging (and fun!) as you advance.  Core strengthening exercises will safely be integrated into your total body workouts, and proper form and technique will always be the priority.

Workouts may be done outdoors, in your home, and with your child if desired.  Working around your schedule, and with whatever equipment you have handy, Sheryl will make sure you obtain a safe and effective cardio and total body strengthening workout with special emphasis on proper core strengthening techniques.

Workouts can include:

  • Bootcamp Style Drills (Safely!)

Training sessions in the New York City area can take place indoors or outdoors and are 60 minutes in duration.

Training sessions over Facetime or Zoom are available worldwide and are 30-60 minutes in duration.

Private Hoopdance Sessions

Private sessions in NYC and instruction via Skype are ideal for both beginners and more advanced hoopers who want personalized instruction at a time and place that is convenient for them.

Depending on your hooping experience and goals, we will make the best use of our time together to make sure you learn or perfect the skills most important to you, or just get you feeling comfortable with the hoop so you can start playing, having fun, and simultaneously giving yourself a killer workout!

Group Classes

Working out while pregnant and as a new mom can feel impossible at times, but having a group of women sharing similar experiences right there with you can make all the difference.

Group Classes

Over the years Fitnotic has offered many fun group fitness classes, giving moms several options of workouts done with or without their baby.

Classes include:

  • Prenatal/postpartum boot camps
  • Kickboxing
  • Belling Dancing
  • Body Sculpting 
  • Hoopdance

Classes are currently only offered by special arrangement and can be in-person in NYC or remote via Zoom.

Hoopdance

Drop-In classes provide a fantastic workout for hoopers of all levels, including those who have never picked up a hula hoop before.

Each class will vary and may include hooping on the waist, hips, thighs, chest, neck and shoulders, as well as hooping off the body and practicing various tricks.

At the heart of each class is an emphasis on movement.

Once the basics are mastered, students quickly add their own unique style to their newly acquired skills, and voila!  A beautiful hoopdancer is born!
