Please do the first 3 exercises and then repeat them once more. This is your warm up/activation. After those first 3 have been completed twice, feel free to either continue this way – (do the next 3, then repeat them; then progress to the following 3 and repeat those; and so on) – OR – you can run through the rest of the exercises once and then repeat them for a second round if time permits. It’s important to do the first 3 exercises in order twice through, but then you’re free to progress as you’d like.
