No matter how long ago you had a child, how severe your diastasis is, how weak your core feels, or how much your belly protrudes, Fitnotic’s Core Program will get you feeling stronger, more fit, and more confident than ever before. 

Every-day movements and activities can place additional strain on the abdominal wall, which can worsen your diastasis and can make your stomach stick out even more.  Learning how to safely modify these activities is imperative in order to flatten your tummy.
