I have been working out with Sheryl since my 7th month of pregnancy and now have a beautiful 3-month old baby boy. Sheryl is extremely knowledgeable and makes working out fun. She modified my workouts to make sure I was comfortable and safe during my pregnancy and gradually increased the intensity after my baby was born.
