Going to Sheryl’s classes and activities was the best thing I did during and after my pregnancy. I love Fitnotic classes for many reasons! 1) I felt comfortable with the other ladies who were going through the same thing, and it was so great to have a network of pregnant friends, 2) I was able to quickly lose weight after my baby was born with awesome classes and encouragement from Sheryl, 3) the option to bring your baby is totally unique to Fitnotic and is the only way I would want (or be able to) work out now, 4) the variety of the classes and locations is huge, and makes it so easy to stay interested and fit into your crazy baby schedule. My favorites are Bounce Baby and Baby Boot Camp! I have worked out with many trainers, but Sheryl is the only person I have met who is a subject matter expert on pre and post natal fitness – not only by training but also because she is a new Mom! It’s not easy to stay active during pregnancy, but somehow Sheryl motivates you. I highly recommend the classes to anyone in any stage of motherhood, you will feel so much better, and also meet some great people going through the same experience.
