I was a strong supporter of fitness during my pregnancy so it only seemed logical that I start working out right after my baby boy was born. I began taking Fitnotic’s post pregnancy classes such as Baby Boot Camp and Belly Dancing soon after I delivered in March. The instructor, Sheryl, is extremely knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and fun. She knows how to motivate you to reach your peak without pushing you too far. It was actually fun getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight! I loved the fact that I could work out WITH my son! He loves watching his mommy shake her hips during Belly Dancing and loves watching me sweat doing squats during Baby Boot Camp! I have made lifelong friends and would recommend Sheryl’s classes to anyone!
