Fitnotic Forty

The Fitnotic Forty is a comprehensive fitness program designed for women at any stage of pregnancy, including those who are not yet pregnant but are interested in preparing their bodies for the demands of pregnancy and motherhood. During our initial consultation, Fitnotic Forty we will discuss your goals and develop a customized exercise program based on your stage of pregnancy that will meet your particular needs. The Fitnotic Forty consists of a discounted package of 10 private training sessions, during which we will not only make sure you stay motivated and get the most out of each workout, but we will teach you proper execution and modification of exercises in order to ensure both you and your baby are safe at all times. Sessions will include resistance training with an emphasis on stabilization techniques, as well as diastasis recti instruction using the Tupler Technique. In addition, we will check in with you on a weekly basis to discuss your progress and to make necessary modifications to your program as you progress through the 40 weeks of pregnancy. If you already have children, your sessions can be structured to include your child in your workout.

Fitnotic Forty
The Fitnotic Forty provides:
  • Initial consultation & completion of the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q);
  • Fitness assessment;
  • Development of customized fitness program indicating necessary modifications that will be made at the various stages of pregnancy;
  • Weekly check-ins (via phone or email) to monitor progress and discuss any adjustments that should be made to your program;
  • Discounted package of 10 Fitnotic Personal Training sessions.

Fitnotic Mom

The Fitnotic Mom is a comprehensive fitness program specifically designed for moms who either recently gave birth and are eager to get their pre-pregnancy body back in a safe and effective manner, or who had a child some time ago but have struggled to lose and keep off the weight they gained during pregnancy. Special postnatal concerns will be Fitnotic Forty addressed and targeted, such as diastasis recti. During our initial consultation, we will discuss your goals and develop a customized exercise program that will address any specific concerns you have. The Fitnotic Mom consists of a discounted package of 10 private training sessions, during which we will make sure you stay motivated, get the most out of each workout and ensure that you are safely and effectively performing all exercises. Your private training sessions will be tailored to your individual interests and can include a running, boxing, kickboxing, hoopdancing or boot camp component, in addition to strength and endurance training, and Tupler Technique instruction. Your sessions can also be structured so your child can be included in your workout. We will check in with you on a weekly basis to discuss your progress and to make any necessary adjustments to your routine.
