Specializing in prenatal and postnatal fitness, Fitnotic's classes and personal training programs give pregnant women and moms a welcomed variety of safe, yet appropriately challenging fitness options that provide countless benefits both to mom and baby. Expanding on the traditional mommy & me workouts, Fitnotic's training programs and group fitness classes provide enjoyable, effective workouts and an opportunity to bond with baby while exercising.
Fitnotic also provides instruction in diastasis recti rehabilitation using the Tupler Technique, which helps close or prevent the occurrence of a separation in the outermost layer of the abdominal muscles. Learning how to properly execute the Tupler Technique is instrumental in eliminating the post-pregnancy "mummy tummy," reducing lower back pain, and strengthening the support system for the organs.
One of only a few certified Hoopnotica instructors on the East coast, Sheryl Wilson brings the transformative art of hoopdance to Fitnotic. This, together with specialized personal training programs, diastasis recti rehabilitation instruction, and baby boot camp, bounce baby, belly dance, kickboxing, and yoga classes, provide the Fitnotic woman with the tools she needs to achieve any desired level of health and fitness.
Sheryl Wilson, founder of Fitnotic, is a NASM-certified personal trainer, NETA-certified group fitness instructor, and Hoopnotica-certified hoopdance instructor. She is also certified by DSW Fitness in Prenatal & Postpartum Exercise Design and is a qualified Tupler Technique instructor.
